DELIVERY & RETURNS

We now offer FREE delivery Australia wide for orders over $50. 

International Order: We currently ship worldwide to New Zealand (shipping flat rate: AUD$14),

United States (shipping flat rate: $19 USD) and

Canada 

(shipping flat rate: $19 USD). Shipping includes tracking. We have a secure payment for international customers through Paypal too.

Most of our products will be shipped within 3 business days. However, some uncertainties that is out of our control may delay your order. Please bear with us if this happens. As soon as your order is shipped from our headquarters and is on its way to you, we will send through an email with your tracking number. 
Sometimes we are unable to provide exact delivery dates because of third party carriers. However, all your orders are valuable to us and we will keep an eye on them until they are delivered to you. We also request you to keep a track on your order and if you don't receive your order within 14 days, please contact us immediately.

Currently we offer shipping only within Australia, but we are on the works of establishing international delivery in the next few weeks. For our overseas and domestic customers, we offer digital art prints that are instant downloads.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

We also offer digital downloads for our art prints to offer affordable and instant availability of art prints. Once you've purchased the print, a link will be sent to you with the art prints almost immediately. You can then download and print these at any of your local store. We currently provide only 3 sizes for digital prints. No refund or exchanges will be provided for digital downloads. 

REFUND

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for our physical or digital products. Our products are either one-off vintage pieces or custom made just for you. Since we are not a mass-produced product, we are not able to accept exchanges or refunds. Our products are made and sent out exclusively for you. 
We request you to please choose your products carefully before purchasing since we do not offer refunds or exchanges, unless otherwise specified. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us via email at hello@thetrippie.com before purchasing.
Note: We offer collectors items from time to time. These items have some chip and color variation adding character. These are not considered a damaged piece.
